绿茶奶油蛋糕 Green Tea Butter Cake

材料
220克自发面粉
150克砂糖
250克黄油
4鸡蛋
3汤匙淡奶
1茶匙香草精华
1茶匙绿茶粉
盐少许
Ingredients:
220g self raising flour
150g sugar
250g butter
4 eggs
3 tablespoon evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon green tea powder
a pinch of salt


先将黄油和幼糖打至松白
逐粒把鸡蛋加入已松发的牛油再打至松白
加入淡奶, 香草精华拌均
逐渐加入自发面粉混合均匀
cream butter and sugar in high speed until fluffy and light
add in the eggs one by one and cream until fluffy
add in vanilla essence and milk and mix well
fold in self raising flour 
把蛋糕面糊分成两部分
一部分加入绿茶粉拌均
一部分原味蛋糕面糊倒入烤模作为下层
然后将绿茶粉蛋糕面糊加入原味蛋糕面糊上
剩下的另一原味蛋糕面糊加入绿茶粉蛋糕面糊
放入烤箱以180度 烤大约35-40分钟
竹签插入蛋糕,拿出不沾黏,即熟透
divide the mixture into 2 portions
one smaller portion add in green tea powder
scoop in one layer of original cake mixture
then add in green tea cake mixture on top the original cake mixture
lastly add in the balance of original cake mixture
bake in pre heat oven at 180C for about 35-40 minutes
