芋头焖排骨 Braised Pork Ribs with Yam

材料
芋头切片
排骨500克
香葱切小段
姜丝少许
豆瓣酱1汤匙
洋葱末及蒜末
Ingredients:
yam (cut into big pieces)
500g pork ribs
sliced spring onion
1 tablespoons taucu paste
minced garlic & onion
sliced ginger
调味料:五香粉,盐,糖,生粉,黑酱油,胡椒粉,绍兴酒
排骨用调味料腌制大约3-4小时
seasoning: five spice, salt, sugar, corn starch, thick soy sauce, 
pepper and shao xin wine
marinate the pork ribs with all seasoning for at least 3-4 hours
油烧热,放入姜丝,洋葱末及蒜末炒香
然后加入豆瓣酱再翻炒1-2分钟
加入腌制的排骨再翻炒几分钟
加入芋头,香葱和适量的水
盖上小火焖煮30分钟,途中要注意开盖搅拌下
以免粘锅, 如果水太少,可加点水
焖煮排骨及芋头至软
heat oil in wok, stir fry the sliced ginger, minced garlic and onion
add in taucu paste and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
add in the marinated pork ribs stir fry for another few minutes
add in yam, spring onion and water
covered and simmer in low heat for at least 30 minutes or
until the pork ribs and yam become soft 
lastly all in salt to taste
