材料 Ingredients:
200g 粘米粉
180ml 水
100g糖粉
2 茶匙原味ENO
粉红色素
青班兰色素
(最好可以用班兰叶味道更好
也可以弄咖啡味道的)
200g rice flour
180ml water
100g Icing sugar
2 teaspoons ENO
pink coloring
green Pandan essence and coloring
(Best is to use the original pandan juice or even coffee flavor)
将粘米粉和糖粉混合
再加入原味ENO和水
然后加入色素搅拌均匀
发糕杯铺上纸杯
把面糊倒入至 9 分满
以大火蒸20分钟即可
mix the rice flour and icing sugar evenly
add in water and ENO
drop a few drop of colouring
fill up the paper cup 90% full
steam with boiling water for 20 minutes
