蒸美禄鸡蛋糕 Steamed Milo Marble Egg Cake



材料
鸡蛋6个
白砂糖220克
色拉油60ml
自发面粉200克
泡打粉1小匙
2汤匙美禄粉(加4汤匙热水溶解)
Ingredients:
6 eggs
220g caster sugar
60ml corn oil
200g self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons Milo (add into 4 tablespoons hot water & mix well)
先打鸡蛋和糖
把鸡蛋和糖打成乳白色
大约之前的三倍份量
把打好的鸡蛋和糖轻轻的加入自发粉
用刮刀搅拌匀(別用机打)
Beat the eggs and sugar together
beat until the egg and sugar become white and fluffy
add in the corn oil and mix well
slowly add in the flour and mix well (do not beat with the mixer)
将面糊分两个部分,一个部分加入美禄拌匀
将一半的原本面糊倒入搽油的蒸盘,再加入一层美禄面糊
然后再加入另一半的原本面糊在美禄面糊上面
预先将水滚开, 将拌好的面糊蒸上35分钟
蒸好了, 等凉了就可切成块
Divide the mixture into two portions
one portion add in the Milo mixture
add one layer of the original mixture into the steam pan
then add one layer of the Milo mixture on top of the original mixture
add the balance of original mixture on top of the Milo layer
steam in boiling water for about 30-35 minutes
