材料Ingredients:
猪肉4块,将猪肉块用刀背排扁

黑胡椒粉,盐,thyme, mixed herbs, 黑酱油
将猪肉排腌制一到二小时
Season pork chop with black pepper
salt, thyme, mixed herbs
black soy sauce for at least one to two hours
淋过鸡蛋后沾上面包屑
用油煎炸猪肉排大约15分钟至金黄大色
deep into egg follow by bread crumb
fry with oil for around 15 minutes until golden brown
slice into pieces after cool off
(Do not over fried, it will harden the pork chop)
待冷切块
