红萝卜木耳焖鸡 Braised Carrot Black Fungus Chicken

材料Ingredients:
鸡块1碗
木耳(泡软)
红萝卜(切片)
姜片
指天椒
蒜末和洋葱末
芫荽
1 bowl chicken meat
black fungus
sliced carrot
sliced ginger
sliced chili padi 
minced garlic & onion
parsley
:生粉盐,蚝油生抽麻油,绍兴酒腌制半小时
marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with
corn starch, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, 
sesame oil and shao xin wine

用油烧热锅,放入生姜片翻炒香
加入蒜末和洋葱末再炒香
加入鸡肉,大火翻炒大约3-4分钟
再加入辣椒,木耳和 红萝卜大火翻炒
heat oil in wok, fry the sliced ginger
add in the minced garlic & onion fry for another 1 minute
add in chicken and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
add in sliced chili, carrot & black fungus, stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
加入适量的水
盖上小火焖煮5-7分钟,其间搅拌几次
最后加入适量的酱油和盐调味
起锅装盘
add in water (enough to cover the chicken) 
covered and simmer for about 5-7 minutes in low heat
lastly add in soy sauce and salt to taste
