忌廉海鲜意大利通心粉 Creamy Seafood Penne Pasta
材料:
意大利通心粉(两人份)
1杯蘑菇香草意粉酱
1碗杂海鲜
4颗蘑菇(切片)
鸡蛋1个(稍微打散)
蒜末和洋葱末
混合香草1/ 2茶匙
适量的盐和黑胡椒粉
香菜少许
磨碎干酪
Ingredients:
penne pasta for two
1 cup mushroom herbs pasta sauce
1 bowl mixed seafood
4 pieces sliced mushroom
1 egg (slightly beaten)
minced garlic & onion
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
salt and black pepper to taste
fresh parsley (chopped)
grated Parmesan cheese
煮意大利通心粉,水滚, 加盐, 煮 至软
隔水倒入大碗加入适量的橄榄油
先将洋葱末和蒜末用橄榄油炒香大约两分钟
加入杂海鲜,蘑菇,再炒两分钟,
然后加入意粉酱,稍微煮1-2分钟
加入调味:盐,黑胡椒粉
再倒入意大利通心粉,
撒上磨碎的干酪和香菜拌匀
cook penne pasta until soft in a large pot of boiling salted water
drain well and toss with some olive oil
fry minced garlic & onion with olive oil and cook for 1 minute
add in mixed seafood and sliced mushroom and fry for another 2 minutes
add in one slightly beaten egg and mix well
finally add in the mushroom herbs pasta sauce
add in salt and black pepper to taste
Pour in the penne pasta and mix well
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot

鸡块长通粉砂锅 Chicken Penne Casserole
材料Ingredients:
1 / 2磅去骨去皮鸡腿肉(切成小块)
培根4片(切粒)
每1 / 4杯切碎的洋葱,青椒和红辣椒
1 / 2茶匙Oregano和干香菜片
4汤匙番茄酱
1 / 2杯鸡汤
3瓣大蒜(剁碎)
1 1 / 2杯切碎的莫扎里拉奶酪
1茶匙盐
1汤匙橄榄油
4大土豆(切成薄片)
2 杯长通粉
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into small pieces)
4 slices of bacon (diced)
1/4 cup each chopped onion, green pepper & red pepper
1/2 teaspoon each dried oregano and parsley flakes
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 large potatoes (thinly sliced)
2 cups of penne
爆香培根备用
用橄榄油热锅加入鸡块与洋葱,青椒,红辣椒
翻炒直到鸡不再呈粉红色。加上大蒜再翻炒1分钟
加入番茄酱,拌入鸡汤
然后加入Oregano和干香菜片,盐
煮滚然后盖上放慢火煮5-10分钟或直到酱汁稍微浓
把土豆薄片铺在烤盘底层和烤盘边
洒一些橄榄油烘20-25分钟,直到土豆软
pan fry the diced bacon until crispy keep aside
saute the chicken together with onion, green pepper
red pepper until chicken is no longer pink
add in garlic and cook for another 1 minute
add in the tomato paste, stir in chicken broth
add in dried oregano and parsley flakes, salt and bring to boil
reduce the heat cover and
simmer for 5 -10 minutes or until slightly thickened
greased and line the baking dish with thinly slices potatoes
sprinkle with some olive oil bake for 20-25 minutes until potatoes soft

将煮好的长通粉拌入鸡酱汁
舀一半的长通粉鸡酱汁入烤盘
撒上一半的奶酪和一些香脆培根

cook pasta according to package directions
toss the cooked pasta with chicken mixture
spoon half of the chicken mixture into the baking dish
add in the half of the cheese and some crispy bacon
then repeat the layers
sprinkle with the cheese on top
cover and bake at 180 for 10 minutes
uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes

简单的长通粉面食 Simple Penne Pasta Carbonara
材料Ingredients:
3-4 杯长通粉
火腿3片(切粒)

煮长通粉,水滚,加盐, 煮长通粉至软
隔水倒入大碗加入适量的橄榄油

先炸香培根盛起待用
pan fry diced bacon until crispy and golden brown, set aside
先将洋葱末和蒜末用橄榄油炒香大约2分钟
加入炸香的培根,火腿,蘑菇,番茄,再炒2分钟
然后加入意大利粉,盐,胡椒粉和香菜拌匀
撒上磨碎的干酪
fry all chopped onion, minced garlic
with olive oil for about 1 minute
add fried bacon, ham, mushroom, tomatoes
and cook for another 2 minutes
add the cooked penne pasta, oregano,
salt to taste, mix well and fry for another 1 minute
sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top and serve hot

吞拿鱼拌意粉 Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce
材料Ingredients:
500克意粉
4杯意大利面条酱
1个洋葱(切粒)
1罐吞拿鱼
烤火腿2片(切粒)
蒜末
3茶匙细切碎的香菜
2汤匙橄榄油
Parmesan干酪
500g Spaghetti
4 cups of Spaghetti Sauce
1 medium size chopped onion
1 can Tuna in water
2 slices of English Roasted Ham (diced)
Minced garlic
3 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
先将洋葱粒和蒜末用橄榄油炒香大约2分钟
加入意大利面条酱再炒2分钟
再加入吞拿鱼,烤火腿片粒和香菜
炒大约1分钟
慢火煮大约5-10分钟(间中搅拌)
煮意大利粉, 水滚, 加盐, 煮8分钟或依包装指示
heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat
add the onion and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
until lightly browned
pour in the spaghetti sauce stir for 2 minutes
add in the Tuna and English Roasted Ham
add in the parsley and stir for 1 minute
reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes
stirring occasionally
bring a large pan of salted water to the boil
add the spaghetti and cook until soft

drain and transfer to a warm serving bowl
toss with some olive oil
stir in the sauce, add in some black pepper

简单的意大利面拌贻贝和蘑菇 Quick Pasta Carbonara
材料Ingredients:
500克意粉
6粒贻贝(切小块)
3颗蘑菇(切小块)
橄榄油
1粒大洋葱(切粒)
洋葱末
蒜末
盐和胡椒粉
香菜
Parmesan干酪
500g Spaghetti
Olive oil
1 medium size Big Onion (chopped)
3 Small Onion (chopped)
3 gloves garlic (minced)
6 pieces Mussel (cut into small pieces)
(you can use the whole mussel but I prefer to have it in smaller pieces)
3 pieces Mushroom (slice)
Pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Grated Parmesan cheese
煮意大利粉,水滚,加盐, 煮8分钟或依包装指示
隔水倒入大碗加入适量的橄榄油
先将大洋葱,洋葱末和蒜末用橄榄油炒香大约2分钟
加入贻贝和蘑菇翻炒大约1分钟
