简单的烤奶油芝士蛋糕 Baked Butter Cheese Cake

我又成功了,烤黄油奶酪蛋糕,
没想到那么简单又成功哦!
好松软而且奶酪味很浓 ~~ 好好吃哦!

材料Ingredients:
125克黄油
180克细砂糖
250克卡夫菲力奶油乳酪
3个鸡蛋
110克自发面粉
125g butter, chopped 
180g caster sugar 
250g Philadelphia cream cheese 
3 medium-sized eggs 
110g self-raising flour 
将黄油和糖用打蛋器拌打至蓬松,
加入奶油乳酪拌打至蓬松
慢慢加入打散的鸡蛋,
再用打蛋器拌打至蓬松,
然后加入自发面粉慢慢翻动搅拌
preheat oven at 180deg C and grease the baking pan
beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth 
add cheese and continue beating
add eggs one at a time, 
beating until combined
fold in the flour 
then pour the mixture into the greased baking pan
在预热烤箱180度烘烤大约40分钟
直到顶部金黄色
使用蛋糕测试仪来测试烤熟的蛋糕
如果蛋糕测试出来干净 
蛋糕即可出炉
Bake in oven for about 40 minutes
