草莓杯子蛋糕 Strawberry Cupcakes

我终于成功了,尝试了这么多次,这次终于成功了
好开心哦! 香喷喷的,好忪软, 好好吃! 
Finally I got the recipe right, tried many many
times and this time I got it right, feel good and happy!!

材料Ingredients:
380克自发面粉(加入1/2茶匙盐)
250克细糖
220克黄油
鸡蛋4个
100毫升牛奶
新鲜草莓15粒 (切小块)
2茶匙草莓精华
380g self raising flour
250g castor sugar
220g butter
4 eggs
100ml milk
15 pieces of fresh strawberry (diced)
2 teaspoons strawberry essence
1/2 teaspoon salt
将黄油和糖打至蓬松
慢慢加入打散的鸡蛋
再用拌打至蓬松
加入牛奶和自发面粉慢慢翻动搅拌
然后加入新鲜草莓和草莓精华拌匀
cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy
add in egg one by one continue to beat until light and fluffy
add in milk, beat with low speed for 1 minute
fold in self raising flour gradually
add in the diced strawberry and strawberry essence
填满每个杯子蛋糕的杯子3 / 4满
在预热烤箱180度烘烤大约 25 - 30分钟
直到顶部金黄色
使用蛋糕测试仪来测试烤熟的杯子蛋糕
如果杯子蛋糕测试出来干净 
杯子蛋糕即可出炉
fill up 3/4 full into the each cupcakes cup 
preheat oven at 180
bake for about 20-30 minutes or 
use the cake tester to test the doneness of the cupcakes
if the cake tester comes out clean 
the cupcakes is done
