Green Tea Steam Bread


Ingredients (for 4)
egg
sugar
melted butter
milk
cake flour
powdered green tea
baking powder
sugared beans
50g
40g
20g
50g

2g (1 tsp)
3g (1 tsp)

*Chop the sugared beans.
*Line the base and side with an aluminum foil cup.5.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the sugared beans.
1.Put the egg and the sugar in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.6.Boil the water to steam. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
2.Pour the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
3.Pour the milk.
4.Sift the cake flour, baking powder and powdered green tea in the bowl. Add the sugared beans.
Stir until they are just incorporated. Take care not to overmix.
