巧克力核桃布朗尼 Walnut Brownies

材料Ingredients:
黑巧克力200克(切小块)
牛油125克
红糖60克
鸡蛋2个(稍微打散)
面粉70克
自发面粉50克
可可粉2汤匙
核桃1杯(切小块稍微烘烤)
200g dark chocolate (chopped)
125g butter
60g brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly whisked
70g plain flour
50g self raising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
将巧克力和牛油放入小锅用小火慢慢溶化, 放凉
加入红糖和鸡蛋搅匀
再加入混合好的面粉,自发面粉和可可粉拌匀
然后加入核桃再拌匀
倒入烤盘,抹平表面
放入预热的烤箱160°C
烤大约30-40分钟左右
凉后切块即可
place the chocolate and butter in a pot over low heat
cook, stirring constantly until chocolate and butter melt 
remove from heat and set aside for at least 5 minutes to cool slightly
add sugar and eggs to the chocolate mixture and stir to combine
add the combined flour and cocoa powder and stir to combine 
Add in the walnut and gently fold through brownie mixture
Pour into the baking pan and smooth the surface
bake in pre heated oven at 160C for 30 - 40 minutes or 
until brownie is firm to touch
remove from oven and set aside in the pan to cool completely
