鲜橙大理石奶油蛋糕 Orange Marble Butter Cake

材料 Ingredients:
220克自发面粉
120克砂糖
250克牛油
4中等大小鸡蛋
1 1 /2汤匙可可粉
1 / 2茶匙香草精华
1个中等大小的橙碎皮和鲜橙汁
220g self-raising flour
120g caster sugar
250g Butter 
4 medium size eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons coco powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 medium size orange zest & juice
将牛油和砂糖一起以高速打直到松轻
加入鸡蛋
逐渐加入自发面粉混合均匀
将蛋糕混合分成两部分
一个部分加入橙汁和橙碎皮
cream butter and sugar in high speed until fluffy and light
add in the eggs one by one 
and continue beat in high speed
add in self-raising flour gradually and mix in low speed
另一部分加入了可可粉和香草精华
将一小部分橙蛋糕方入烤盘
然后加一小部分的可可蛋糕在顶部
将剩下的橙蛋糕加在蛋糕顶部
然后再将剩下的可可蛋糕加入
使用牙签或筷子画出你喜欢的图案
divide the cake mixture into two portions
one portion add in orange juice and zest
another portion add in the coco powder and vanilla essence
fill the cake pan with some of the orange portion
then fill in a small portion of coco on top
(you can use the toothpick to create the design as you like on this layer)
fill in the balance of the orange portion on top of the coco portion
then fill in the remainder of the coco portion 
use the toothpick or chopstick to create design as you like
在预热烤箱180° C烘烤大约 30 - 40分钟
直到顶部金黄色
使用蛋糕测试仪来测试烤熟的蛋糕
如果蛋糕测试出来干净
蛋糕即可出炉
bake in the pre-heat oven at 180°C for 
about 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown on top 
use the cake tester to test the doneness of cake
if the cake tester comes out clean
the cakes is done and put it to cool
