香蕉穆慈利杯子蛋糕/蛋糕 Banana Muesli Cupcakes/Cake

材料:
180克黄油
120克砂糖
240克自发面粉
2个鸡蛋
4条熟的香蕉(去皮压成泥)
1/2茶匙香蕉香精
3汤匙淡奶
1 茶匙苏打粉
1 / 2杯穆慈利(muesli)
Ingredients:
180g butter
120g sugar
240g self raising flour
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 teaspoon banana essence
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1/2 cup muesli
将黄油和糖用打蛋器拌打至蓬松
慢慢加入鸡蛋
再用拌打至蓬松
然后加入香蕉泥,淡奶,香蕉香精搅拌均匀
加入面粉,苏打粉,慢慢翻动搅拌均匀,
cream butter & sugar till light and fluffy
add eggs one at a time
mix in mashed bananas, milk and banana essence
fold in sifted flour with soda bicarbonate and mix well 
lastly add in 2 tablespoons muesli and mix well
然后再加入2汤匙muesli拌匀
填满每个杯子蛋糕的杯子3 / 4满
在预热烤箱180度烘烤大约 20-30分钟
使用蛋糕测试仪来测试烤熟的杯子蛋糕
如果杯子蛋糕测试出来干净 
杯子蛋糕即可出炉
如果是用8寸的烤盘,在预热烤箱180度烘烤大约30-40分钟
fill up the cup about 80% full and sprinkle some muesli on top
for cupcakes it makes about 12-15 cupcakes
and bake at 180C for about 20-30 minutes
if using 8" baking pan, bake for about 30-40 minutes
