芋头焖五花肉 Braised Yam with Pork Belly

材料Ingredients:
五花肉(切块)
芋头(切大块)
葱(切断)
姜片,蒜切片,辣椒丝 
香叶,八角, 花椒
老抽,冰糖,料酒
pork belly(sliced)
yam(cut into big pieces)
spring onion
sliced ginger, sliced garlic, sliced chili
parsley, star anise, pepper
soy sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine
五花肉~用老抽,料酒,盐腌制1小时
pork belly ~ marinate with soy sauce, cooking wine, salt for 1 hour
热油锅,放入冰糖炒至冰糖全部溶化
加入腌制好的五花肉块,翻炒1-2分钟,
加入葱断,姜片,蒜,辣椒,香叶,八角, 花椒,
加入开水,要盖过材料(要焖芋头多加一点水)
加盖,改成小火 焖 30分钟以上
加入切好的芋头,放入盐,
再焖20分钟或芋头刚好软即可
heat oil in wok, add in rock sugar and cook until melt
add in marinated pork belly and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
add in spring onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic
sliced chili, parsley, star anise and pepper
add in boiled water, cover the pork belly 
(make sure enough to cover the yam too)
braise for about 30 minutes
add in yam and salt to taste
braise for another 20 minutes or until the yam is soft
