亚参黑鲳鱼及虾 Assam Fish N Prawns



材料
黑鲳鱼1条
中虾10只
羊角豆4条(切小块)
大洋葱1粒(切小块)
番茄1粒(切块)
鱼咖喱粉3大匙(加水拌匀)
亚参水2大匙
香茅3条(切小段)
辣椒2条(切丝)
洋葱末及蒜末
4杯水
Ingredients:
1 black pomfret fish 
10 medium size prawns
10 lady finger(cut into small pieces)
1 big onion (chopped)
1 tomato (cut into small pieces)
3 tablespoons fish curry powder(add water mix well)
2 tablespoons Assam water
3 lemongrass 
2 sliced chili
minced onion and garlic
4 cups water
salt to taste
油烧热,放入洋葱末及蒜末炒香
加入鱼咖喱粉及大洋葱再炒香
加入水,番茄,羊角豆,辣椒丝,香茅,
亚参水,小火焖煮2-3分钟,
然后加入黑鲳鱼,小火再焖煮5-6分钟
最后加入虾,稍微煮1分钟,以盐调味,
起锅装盘
heat oil in wok, add in minced onion & garlic fry for 1-2 minutes
add in fish curry powder and chopped big onion
fry for another 2-3 minutes
add in water, tomato, lady finger, sliced chili, lemongrass,
Assam water and simmer for 2-3 minutes 
add in fish and simmer for another 5-6 minutes until fish cooked
lastly add in prawns, bring to boil and add salt to taste
