香蒸糯米饭Steamed Glutinous Rice

材料:
糯米300g
腊肠1根(切粒)
香菇4朵(切粒)
虾米半碗
洋葱2(切碎)
麻油1大匙
蒜末
香葱
油2汤匙
盐和胡椒粉
Ingredients
300g glutinous rice
1 Chinese sausage (diced)
4 pieces mushroom (soak in cold water & diced)
1/2 bowl dried shrimps (soak in cold water)
2 small onions (chopped)
1 tablespoon sesame oil 
minced garlic
spring onion
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper
糯米先用冷水浸泡4小时
香菇及虾米先用冷水泡软
热油及麻油,放入洋葱碎小火炒至微焦 
加入蒜末再炒香
加入香菇,腊肠及虾米炒出香味 
加入糯米翻炒
慢慢的加入水
(分次加,不要让米太软) 
炒至七分熟,加入所有调味料
盛入蒸盘撒上香葱
大火蒸15分钟或至糯米熟透即可
soak the glutinous rice for at least 4 hours
heat cooking oil and sesame oil in wok
stir fry the chopped onions until slightly burn
add in minced garlic fry for another 1 minute
add in mushroom, sausage and dried shrimps
stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
add in glutinous rice and stir fry 
slowly add in water
(do not add too much water)
fry the glutinous rice until almost cooked
add in salt & pepper to taste
place it into the steam pan
steam in high heat for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked
