摩咖奶油酥饼Mocha Butter Cookies

材料
200g 牛油
80g 糖粉
1/2 茶匙 vanilla香精
少许盐(如果牛油已经够咸就不必加)
120g 自发面粉(过筛)
120g 粟米粉(过筛)
1茶匙即溶咖啡+2茶匙淡奶+1汤匙热水
1茶匙可可粉
Ingredients
200g butter
80g icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt
120g self raising flour (sifted)
120g corn flour (sifted)
1 teaspoon instant coffee + 2 teaspoons evaporated milk + 1 tablespoon hot water
1 teaspoon coco powder
牛油, 糖粉, vanilla香精, 搅匀
加入自发面粉,  粟米粉搅拌均匀
加入即溶咖啡淡奶混合和可可粉拌匀
cream butter, icing sugar, salt and 
vanilla essence together until well combined
add in self raising flour and corn flour and mix well
add in instant coffee mixture and coco powder and mix well
放入挤花袋挤在烤盘
预热烘炉烘170度12-15分钟
put into the piping bag and pump on the baking tray
bake in preheated oven 170C for 12 to 15 minutes
