鲜虾卷 Fresh Prawn Rolls

正在想怎么处理乘下的虾仔
再查看冰箱里有什么材料,
就弄小食 ~ 炸鲜虾卷吧!
不过我并没有加入猪肉和马蹄,
原本并没有想到要弄的也懒得再开车去买
就用我现有的材料好了

材料 Ingredients:
鲜虾 
培根 3片 (切小块,炸香) 
冬菇2颗 切块粒 
葱 切粒 
香菜 少许 
麻油 1/4茶匙 
粟粉 2茶匙 
盐和胡椒粉少许 
500g Fresh Prawn
3 strips Bacon (chopped and fried)
2 Mushroom (chopped)
Spring Onion (chopped)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil 
2 teaspoons Corn Starch 
salt & pepper
将鲜虾,冬菇,葱和香菜 用搅拌机搅碎
然后加入全部的腌制材料,再加入炸好的培根搅拌均匀
Place the prawns, mushrooms, spring onion and parsley into the blender
blend well together and add in all seasoning
add in fried bacon and mix evenly
用云吞皮包卷成虾卷
用热油煎炸虾卷大约5-7分钟至金黄色即可
use wanton skin to roll up the prawn roll
deep fry the prawn roll for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown
