“珍贵版”芋头糕 "Special Edition" Taro Cake

材料:
芋头600克
粘米粉300克
水900ml
干扇贝3汤匙(切丝)
干香菇4朵(切粒)
虾米1大碗
蒜末和洋葱末
香葱粒
辣椒丝
香葱粒
调味料:盐,五香粉,胡椒粉
Ingredients:
600g Yam (diced or shredded)
300g Rice Flour
900ml water
3 tablespoons dry scallop (soaked & sliced) 
4 pieces mushroom (soaked & diced)
5 tablespoons Dry Shrimp (washed & diced)
Minced onion & garlic
Spring Onion (diced)
Sliced Red Chili
Seasoning:salt, all spices, pepper
将芋头切成小块
香菇泡软后切成粒、干扇贝泡软后切丝
虾米泡软剁碎
热锅,爆香虾米,盛起备用
爆香蒜末和洋葱末,加入芋头翻炒
加入2汤匙虾米,干扇贝和香菇翻炒均匀
然后加入五香粉,胡椒粉,盐和再翻炒均匀
Fry the dry shrimps until crispy and set aside
Fry the minced onion & garlic, 
add in the yam and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
add in 2 tablespoons of fried dry shrimps, 
mushroom and dry scallops 
stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, 
add in all seasoning and fry for another 2 minutes 
or until the yam is soft
将粘米粉参入900ml水,调拌均匀
Mix the rice flour with water to make a thin batter 
将炒好的材料加入搅匀的粘米粉糊拌匀
transfer the cooked yam mixture into the thin batter and mix well 
用8寸蛋糕模,铺上保鲜膜备用,倒入准备好的蛋糕模
将表面抹平,撒少许香葱粒和爆香的虾米(这样味道会更好哦)
line a 8" round cake pan with cling wrap
then pour into the prepared cake pan 
sprinkle some diced spring onion and fried dry shrimps on top
(this will make the taro cake taste even better)
将蒸锅放入水,烧开
再放入蒸,锅中大火蒸30-40分钟
steamed in boiling hot water for about 30-40 minutes
香煎芋头糕
