辣豆瓣酱炒鸡块 Fried Chicken with Spicy Taucu Sauce (Ground Bean Paste Sauce)

材料Ingredients:
鸡块 半只(切块)
Half Chicken(Cut into small pieces)

豆瓣酱汁Spicy Taucu Sauce Ingredients:
辣豆瓣酱2汤匙
盐和糖适量
绍兴酒2茶匙
蒜末和洋葱末
姜和辣椒丝适量
酱油适量
香葱粒
1 tablespoon Spicy Taucu Sauce (Bean Paste Sauce)
Salt and Sugar
2 teaspoon Shao Xin Wine
Minced garlic and onion
sliced ginger and chili
2 tablespoons soy sauce
diced spring onion

鸡块 ~~ 太白粉 ,盐,胡椒粉,
1 汤匙生抽,一起拌匀腌渍约20分钟
Chicken seasoning ~~ season with corn starch, salt, pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes
热油慢火将鸡块煎熟,捞出沥乾油,备用。
Heat oil in wok, fry the chicken until cooked, drained the oil set aside

锅内放油烧热,先爆香蒜末和洋葱末,
加入姜和辣椒丝,辣豆瓣酱,
加入绍兴酒,酱油、糖及1杯水,稍微煮滚,
再加入煎熟的鸡块翻炒, 用太白粉水勾芡即可。
heat 2 tablespoon oil in wok, 
fry the minced garlic and onion for about 1 minute
add in the sliced ginger, chili and spicy taucu sauce
and stir fry for another 1-2 minute
add in some diced spring onion, shao xin wine, salt, 
sugar and 1 cup of water, simmer for about 2-3 minutes, 
add in the cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce
pour in the fried chicken stir fry for about 1-2 minutes
sprinkle with spring onion before serve
