培根肉肠卷 Bacon Sausage Rolls

材料 Ingredients:
培根,肉肠,葱(切段),生菜(切片)
Bacon, sausages, spring onion, lettuce
将肉肠,葱和生菜卷在培根内,
以牙签来封紧不让它散开,
Roll the sausage, spring onion and lettuce
with bacon, use the toothpick to hold it,
用橄榄油烧热窝,
稍微煎炸卷好的培根大约三分钟,
再放入烤炉烤大约十分钟。
pan fry with olive oil to get the burnt mark,
place it into oven for about 10 minutes.

Note: 
I used to deep fried it but found it very oily,
so I now normally pan fry for 3-5 minutes and grill it to perfection. 
Always can replace the sausages to the following:
Bacon asparagus roll
Bacon mushroom roll
