萝卜糕 Chinese Radish Cake

材料Ingredients:
白萝卜600克
粘米粉300克
水600ml
腊肠2条(切粒)
干香菇5朵(切粒)
虾米5大汤匙(洗净滤干)
蒜末和洋葱末
香葱粒少许
调味料:盐、五香粉、胡椒粉、少许生抽
600g Chinese Radish (grated & removed excess water)
300g rice flour
600ml water
2 Chinese Sausages (diced)
5 pieces dried mushroom (diced)
5 tablespoons dried shrimps (soaked & drained)
minced garlic & onion
diced spring onion
Seasoning: salt, five spice powder, pepper, soy sauce
热锅,爆香虾米盛起,
烧热油锅,放入蒜末和洋葱末炒香, 
加入腊肠和香菇再翻炒至香,
然后加入白萝卜丝和爆香的虾米,香葱粒
加入五香粉,胡椒粉,盐和生抽翻炒均匀
heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok, stir fry the dried shrimps
until crispy and remove from wok, set aside
heat oil in wok, fry the mince garlic & onion for 1 minute
add in Chinese sausage & mushroom fry for another 1-2 minutes
add in the grated Chinese radish, fried dried shrimps 
and spring onion stir fry it until the radish is soft
add in seasoning; salt, pepper, five spice powder and soy sauce
stir fry and mix well
将粘米粉参入600ml水,调拌均匀
将搅匀好的粘米粉糊过筛慢慢倒入锅中翻拌
粘稠的时侯,用蛋糕模,铺上保鲜膜,
将生萝卜糕材料倒入铺好保鲜膜的8寸模具中
将萝卜糕按平,搽一些油在表面
mix the rice flour with water to make a thin batter
turn to low heat and 
gradually stir in the rice flour and water mixture 
line a cake pan with cling wrap
transfer the cooked radish mixture into the cake pan
flatten the radish mixture and brush some cooking oil on top
将蒸锅放入水,烧开
将表面抹平,再放入蒸,锅中盖上大火蒸35-40分钟
steamed in boiling hot water for about 35-40 minutes 
待冷至少半小时才可切小块
烧热油锅,煎炸至金黄微焦,软滑甘香。
the radish cake will look a little wobbly 
when remove from the steamer
it will firm up after cooling. 
allow to cool off at least 1/2 hour before 
cut it into small pieces
pan fry it until golden brown or slightly burn
