牛油酥饼 Butter Cookies (2)

材料
200g 牛油
50g 糖粉
1 茶匙 vanilla香精
少许盐(如果牛油已经够咸就不必加)
150g 自发面粉(过筛)
50g 粟米粉(过筛)
Ingredients
200g butter
50g icing sugar
1teaspoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt
150g self raising flour (sifted)
50g corn flour (sifted)
牛油, 糖粉, vanilla香精, 搅匀
加入自发面粉,  粟米粉搅拌均匀
cream butter, icing sugar, salt and 
vanilla essence together until well combined
add in self raising flour and corn flour and mix well
放入挤花袋挤在烤盘
预热烘炉烘170度12-15分钟
put into the piping bag and pump on the baking tray
bake in preheated oven 170C for 12 to 15 minutes. 
don't bake too brown

可以弄其它的味道如:香橙,可可,摩咖等等
Can make other flavor: coco, coffee, mocha, strawberry & orange etc.
