Pork Zucchini Mushroom Pancake 肉碎香菇日本黄瓜煎饼

This is an easy to make snack or appetizer. 
It's just like fried wanton but I like to make it into pancake style.
好简单的一道前菜或开胃菜,像炸云吞,
我爱将它弄成煎饼的形状, 吃起来比较爽口!

材料 Ingredients:
云吞皮 Wanton Skin 
肉碎 300g Minced Pork 
冬菇 2颗 切粒 2 Mushroom (chopped)
日本黄瓜 适量切粒 1 cup Zucchini (Japanese Cucumber) (chopped)
香菜 少许 Fresh Parsley (chopped)

腌料 Seasoning Ingredients:
生抽 1茶匙 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
麻油 1茶匙 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
粟粉 1茶匙 1 teaspoon Corn Starch 
绍兴花雕酒 1茶匙 1 teaspoon Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew 
盐和胡椒粉少许 Salt & Pepper

腌制 Seasoning:
将肉碎,冬菇,日本黄瓜和香菜混合好
然后加入全部腌制材料混合均匀
Mix all ingredients together 
add in all seasoning mixed well
将混合均匀的材料用少许油稍微炒两分钟
待冷备用
把一茶匙的馅料放在一片云吞皮上
用太白粉酱搽在四边
然后再用另一片云吞皮盖上 (如图)
pan fry the mixing for just about 2 minutes
cool off before use
scoop one teaspoon of the filling onto the wanton skin
apply the corn starch mixed with water on all side
cover with another piece of wanton skin on top (refer pix)
Deep fry the pancake until golden brown
以热油煎炸至金黄色
WOW! So crispy and yummy yummy!
实在太脆了。。。真棒!
