烤大蒜炒饭 Roasted Garlic Fried Rice

材料:
米饭1大碗
烤大蒜2汤匙
包菜1碗(切丝)
蒜末和洋葱末
香葱2条(切粒)
盐,麻油,黑酱油适量
Ingredients:
1 big bowl rice
2 tablespoons roasted garlic
1 bowl sliced cabbage
minced garlic & onion
diced spring onion
salt, sesame oil and black soy sauce 
热油锅,加入蒜末,洋葱末炒香
然后倒入米饭,大火翻炒
加入包菜翻炒大约2分钟
再加入烤大蒜及香葱粒
大火再翻炒几分钟
加入调味;适量的盐,麻油和黑酱油
翻炒几下即可
heat oil in wok, stir fry minced garlic and onion
pour in the rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
add in cabbage and stir fry for another minute
add in roasted garlic and diced spring onion
fry for another 2-3 minutes
add in black soy sauce, salt and sesame oil to taste
stir fry for another minute
