奶油酥饼 (1) ~ 我最喜爱的食谱 Butter Cookies (1) - My Favorite Recipe

这是我的“最爱”
每年农历新年必定会做的奶油酥饼
家人及朋友都“爱”的农历新年饼
确是溶在口里,甜在心里
this is my favorite butter cookies recipe, 
make this during Chinese New Year every year.
all my family members & friends love it,
it's really melt in your mouth!

材料Ingredients:
无盐奶油180公克
糖粉60公克
面粉250公克
两汤匙奶粉(随意)
1/2 茶匙 vanilla香精
少许盐
180g butter
60g icing sugar
250g flour
2 tablespoons milk powder (optional)
a pinch of salt 
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

无盐奶油,加入过筛后的糖粉,vanilla香精,盐打至松发变白
将面粉过筛后,加入拌匀,即为酥松性面煳
在烤盘搽油,将面煳装入挤花袋中
整齐的挤在烤盘上,再放置烤箱上层
并以180℃烤约15-20分钟即可
** 不要烤太久,失去奶油味道

**可以弄其它的味道如:香橙,可可,摩咖等等

cream butter, icing sugar, salt and 
vanilla essence together until fluffy
add in sifted flour slowly and mix well
put into the piping bag and pump on the greased baking tray
bake in preheated oven 180C for 15 to 20 minutes. 
don't bake too brown

** can make orange, cocoa or mocha flavor
